This versatile, easy to use table can be used for small animals or large animals weighing up to 3,000 lbs.

To use this table, insert the cassette into the holder (A) which we supply.  Next, place the grid on top of the holder and insert the holder into the guide nearest the area where the picture is to be taken.  Now slide the holder under the table until the center of the grid is flush with the edge of the table.  Bring the light source to the center of the grid, then lock the light source to prevent movement lengthwise.  The light source is then moved across the animal to the area where the picture is to be taken, and the table top and animal are moved lengthwise until the desired spot is centered with the light source.  Finally, measure the distance from the desired spot to the edge of the table.  Now you know how far to slide the cassette under the table with the attached handle (B) which has a ruler on top.  The light source and the center of the cassette are now perfectly aligned and ready for the exposure.

One person can take an X-ray in a few minutes with the Kimzey Table, while other methods can require five or more people.

The patient can then be transferred back to the recovery area (sturdy, 6" diameter casters allow the table great mobility) and pulled off or rolled over the side because the table measures only 15" in height.

Specifications/Features

-The table top is supported on six 2 1/2" diameter rubber coated rollers measuring 4 ft. in length.  The two center rollers are rotated with a cranking device (C) allowing easy movement of the table top.
